SITE ANALYSIS
Meet with client and review premises and establish a client brief of requirements.
CONCEPT DESIGN
Present Mood Board with inspirational images and preliminary design proposal of the project.
SPACE PLANNING
Prepare technical drawings of proposed layout and modify drawings until final design is agreed.
DETAIL DESIGN
Taking the approved design prepare detail design drawings for sign off.Liase with architects,engineer and design team as required.

TENDER PACKAGE
Prepare Drawings and Specification documents to issue for tender.Review and appraise tender returns.Provide information to client quantity surveyor.Review and appraise tenders.Recommend Contractor.
CONSTRUCTION PACKAGE
Prepare Construction Drawings, specification documents and commence on site.
FURNITURE SPECIFICATION
Propose furniture suppliers and prepare specification schedules for pricing and review. Design of feature joinery such as reception desk and related joinery items.
LIGHTING DESIGN
Prepare Lighting Specifications and Drawings. Design Bespoke Feature Pendant Lighting and liase with manufacturer. Lighting Design for interior and external spaces.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Attend Site Meetings with Design team until Completion of project and prepare snag list.
