Tech Office Design

This is our third project for The International E Commerce and Technology leader Overstock at it’s new European base in the IDA’s flagship North West Business Park in Sligo. The 2 floors of open plan office space required an intensive process of space planning collaborating with the team based in America and Sligo, to accommodate over 100 staff.

The aim was to create a vibrant and innovative design to reflect the company culture and an agile working environment. The client required a multi-functional space to cater for their growing workforce with conference room, bespoke phone booths, meeting rooms, and a flexible café / meeting space to allow break-out sessions and presentations to larger groups. A recreational games room was provided and canteen with adjoining shower facilities promoting wellbeing at work. Our careful selection of materials such as recycled carpet tiles, vinyl flooring and Birch Plywood joinery enhances the wellbeing and sustainability of the space. The graphic wall images by local designer Kevin Noone capture the timeline of the company and the beautiful location of Sligo.
