Meadows and Byrne located in Malahide Dublin is a homeware store.Mc Garty Design was commissioned to develop the design concept for the retail store.This was developed further to create zones establishing the location of departments on the Ground and First Floor.This was a collaborative process between client,Gerry Hynes Associates and shopfitters.The retail design incorportated areas such as pottery,electrical homeware goods,bed and bath to name a few.The suspended ceiling in timber veneer,adding warmth to the space.The lighting design was an integral part of the scheme to compliment shopfitting.The First Floor Furniture showroom showcases contemporary furniture behind a smoked glass screen to dramatic effect.
